- The authority will not be held responsible of carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances/goods, or making unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings. if necessary, the authority reserves the right to change the seat number of the passengers
- Smoking is Strictly Prohibited in No Smoking areas.
- All passengers are requested to keep their tickets with themselves at all time during their visit and must show their tickets when asked by the authority.
- Complimentary snacks cannot be guaranteed if the customer purchases the ticket on the same day of travel.
- Toll and TAX are included with the price of the ticket.
Requirements:
Travelers are kindly advised to ensure that they possess a physical hard copy of their ticket, as a booking voucher will not be deemed a valid document for boarding the vessel.
- Please wear face masks and carry a copy of your COVID vaccine certificate to avoid any kind unforeseen circumstances related to the pandemic
- Must carry drinking water, stay hydrated, travel healthy.
- Always be respectful of the rules and guidelines of the tourist spots.
- Do not litter, use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.
- Carrying a pair of sunglasses, sun screen and head cap will come handy.
* Rescheduling or cancellation is not allowed on any date. No refund will be provided after the ticket has been purchased - BookMe.

* Refunds will be made through bank only.
* All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

***Tickets are not needed for children below the age of five (5). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.
***Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above five (5) years old.
