• The location of the seat within the ship will be allotted based on availability.
• Bookme will not be liable if the voyage gets cancelled due to any kind of unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities or act of God.
• In case of change of time of voyage due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities or act of God, the customer will be notified by the ship authority directly. Bookme is not responsible for conveying this message.
• Refund will be initiated if the voyage gets cancelled due to any kind of unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities or act of God. 
• Please be present at the jetty 30 minutes before the ship leaves.
• Changes will be possible if the passengers inform 72 hours prior to departure time, only if there is availability on the new date.
• All passengers are requested to look after their personal belongings and the authority will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings on board.
• No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
• The authority will not be held responsible of carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances/goods, or making unauthorized audio, video or photographic recordings. if necessary, the authority reserves the right to change the seat number of the passengers
• Smoking is Strictly Prohibited in No Smoking areas.
• All passengers are requested to keep their tickets with themselves at all time during their visit and must show their tickets when asked by the authority.
• Complimentary snacks cannot be guaranteed if the customer purchases the ticket on the same day of travel.
• Toll and TAX are included with the price of the ticket.

Requirements:

Travelers are kindly advised to ensure that they possess a physical hard copy of their ticket, as a booking voucher will not be deemed a valid document for boarding the vessel.

• Please wear face masks and carry a copy of your COVID vaccine certificate to avoid any kind unforeseen circumstances related to the pandemic
• Must carry drinking water, stay hydrated, travel healthy.
• Always be respectful of the rules and guidelines of the tourist spots.
• Do not litter, use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.
• Carrying a pair of sunglasses, sun screen and head cap will come handy.

Cancellation*  
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.  
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.  
Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
Seventy percent (70%) of the ticket price will be refunded in case of canceling the booking, with a 20% cancellation fee by the ship authority and a 10% service fee charged by BOOKME.
No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than seventy-two (72) hours before the start of the ship's journey.
The convenience fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.
30% of the ticket price must be paid to change the date of the journey.
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

Child Policy
Tickets are not needed for children below the age of five (5). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.
Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above five (5) years old.
