Cancellation Policy

To cancel any tour, an email must be sent to bookmebdltd@gmail.com, mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number, and cancellation details.

Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.

The email acts as the final application for cancellation.

Phone calls to Bookme’s hotline or contacting team members directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.

The time of sending the email will be considered as the official time of cancellation.

In exceptional circumstances (acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions), Bookme may offer alternative dates or a full refund, at its discretion.

If a tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation for the latest terms.

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

This policy may not apply in cases of national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, or natural disaster.

Refund Policy

80% refund if canceled more than 21 days before the tour.

50% refund if canceled 14–21 days before the tour.

30% refund if canceled 7–14 days before the tour.

No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the tour.

Convenience and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
 

Child Policy

Free of charge for children below 3 years (no separate seat or bed).

75% of the fee applies for children aged 4–10 years.

Full fee applies for anyone above 10 years old.
