Day 1

• Breakfast: Khichuri / Akhni, chicken curry, bread, jelly, fried egg, salad, chutney, tea.
• Snacks: Cake, seasonal fruits.
• Lunch: Plain rice, fried fish, fried chicken, mixed vegetables/fried sweet pumpkin, muri (puffed rice) with spices, tea.
• Snacks: French fries.
• Dinner: Rice, hash, fried fish, stuffed eggplant/potato/pea, salad, water.

Day 2

• Breakfast: Mixed fried Khichuri, fried potato/eggplant, chicken curry, salad, pickles, tea.
• Snacks: Lemon sherbet, fruits.
• Lunch: Plain rice/Chinese rice, chicken roast, fish curry, fried eggplant, stuffed dried fish, salad, water.
• Snacks: Semai (vermicelli), noodles, tea.

Boat Information: Falcon

The Falcon is one of the finest wooden boats of Tanguar Haor, offering professional tourist services. Its wooden structure ensures the boat remains cool even under the scorching sun.

Accommodates up to 25 people.

Equipped with a water filter storing 300 liters of fresh water.

Twenty life vests/life jackets available for safety.

Private cook for personalized meal services.

Traveler Guidelines & Important Notes

Tea & Water:

Adequate tea will be served throughout the trip. Travelers may have tea anytime.

Water is available from the onboard water filter.

Itinerary Flexibility:

Times in the itinerary may change due to weather, river tides, traveler convenience, or other unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator/host.

Safety & Conduct:

Contact the tour operator/host if you face any issues during the tour.

Respect the rules and guidelines of tourist spots.

Avoid littering; use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.

Misbehavior with locals is strictly prohibited. Seek assistance from the operator if needed.

No consumption of drugs is allowed.

Meals & Seating:

There is no separate dining area; all meals will be served on the open deck.

Group Tours:

Be aware that other travelers may share the trip with you.

Optional Travel:

Traveling to Lakmachora by bike requires the traveler to pay the bike fare separately.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel any tour, travelers must send an email to bookmebdltd@gmail.com with the tour booking ID, phone number, and cancellation details.

Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme as soon as possible. The email serves as the official cancellation request. Phone calls or contacting team members directly will not be considered valid for cancellation.

The time of sending the email will be considered the official time of cancellation.

In exceptional circumstances (acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures), Bookme may offer alternative dates or a full refund at its discretion.

If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers are entitled to a full refund.

This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the latest information.

Tours booked during blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

This policy may not apply during national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, or natural disasters.

The policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason.

Refund Policy

80% refund if cancelled more than 21 days before the start of the tour.

50% refund if cancelled 14–21 days before the start of the tour.

30% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before the start of the tour.

No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the start of the tour.

Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All refunds are processed within 7 working days.
