🌊 3 Days & 2 Nights Sundarban Cruise Program  MV Bunohash

Day 1:
Boarding from Khulna Rupsha Ferry Ghat by 6:00 AM. Cruise begins towards Sundarban. Stop at Dhangmari/Chandpai Forest Station for permits and armed guards. Visit Harbaria Forest Office. Continue cruising to Kotka and stay overnight onboard.

Day 2:
Early morning canal cruise by small boat for bird watching. After breakfast, guided walk through the mangrove forest, visit Jamtola Sea Beach and climb watch tower. Cruise resumes to Kochikhali. Explore forest area rich in deer, monkeys, and birds. Enjoy an onboard BBQ dinner. Overnight journey starts back towards Dhangmari/Chandpai.

Day 3:
After breakfast, visit Karamjal Forest Office. Return journey to Khulna. On the way, drop off forest guards and surrender permits. Arrival in Khulna by evening.

The tour operator is responsible for operating the tours and excursions under normal circumstances. However, we will not be held directly liable for any personal accidents, illness, loss of baggage, flight delays or cancellations, or political unrest that may affect the tour.

In such cases, the tour operator will provide full support to help manage the situation, but any additional costs must be borne by the traveler.

Timing in the itinerary is flexible and may change due to natural conditions, group convenience, or other unavoidable factors. We ask for your kind cooperation in such cases.

6. Valuables Protection: Take necessary precautions to safeguard your valuables during the journey.
7. Liability Notice: Understand that Bookme or the tour operator will not be held responsible for accidents, theft, loss, or damages. Travelers are encouraged to take necessary precautions.
8. Booking Changes: If you need to change your booking date or cancel, it's imperative to inform the tour operator in advance.

To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
