Tour Plan: MV Glory

Day 1: Departure & Andharmanik / Harbaria Exploration

Meet your guide at BIWTA Ghat, Khulna at 5:30 AM. Board the luxury vessel MV Glory and set sail for the Sundarbans at approximately 6:30 AM. Enjoy a delicious breakfast on board while cruising along the scenic rivers, absorbing the rich history and folklore of the region.

After 3 to 4 hours of serene cruising, enter the heart of the mangrove forest. Journey through winding rivers with ample opportunities to spot diverse wildlife. Visit Andharmanik or Harbaria Eco-Tourism Centers, where you can explore scenic walking trails, climb watchtowers, and witness the breathtaking mangrove ecosystem and its inhabitants.

By evening, arrive at Kotka, where the vessel will anchor for the night. Experience a tranquil overnight stay aboard the ship, moored near the Kotka forest station.

Day 2: Mangrove Creek Cruise & Wildlife Exploration

At sunrise, embark on a country boat ride through narrow creeks, immersing yourself in the unique flora and fauna of the mangrove forest. Visit the Kotka Forest Office area, a prime location for wildlife observation.

After a refreshing breakfast, choose from a variety of activities, including a hike to a pristine, untouched beach on the Bay of Bengal where you can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

In the afternoon, continue cruising towards Kochikhali and Dimer Char, navigating picturesque canals rich with mangrove beauty and wildlife. At Kochikhali, enjoy an intimate boat tour through narrow channels, offering up-close views of this vibrant ecosystem.

End the day with a breathtaking sunset at Dimer Char. Later in the evening, the vessel will begin its return journey.

Day 3: Karamjal Wildlife Center & Return to Khulna

Begin the day with a visit to the Karamjal Crocodile Breeding Center and mini zoo, home to some of the Sundarbans’ most fascinating wildlife.

Following this, enjoy a leisurely cruise back towards Khulna. Lunch will be served on board as you sail. Upon arrival, disembark at Khulna and proceed to your onward transportation.

1. Dispose of Waste Properly: Please refrain from dropping any items into the water or within the jungle. Utilize the designated "Bin" on the boat to dispose of waste responsibly.
2. Fire Safety: Smoking and any form of fire are strictly prohibited within the cabins for the safety of all passengers.
3. Conservation of Resources: Please use water and electricity efficiently, considering the limited resources available during the cruise.
4. Timely Meals: To ensure smooth operations, kindly adhere to meal timings.
5. Child Supervision: Keep a watchful eye on your children to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
6. Valuables Protection: Take necessary precautions to safeguard your valuables during the journey.
7. Liability Notice: Understand that Bookme or the tour operator will not be held responsible for accidents, theft, loss, or damages. Travelers are encouraged to take necessary precautions.
8. Booking Changes: If you need to change your booking date or cancel, it's imperative to inform the tour operator in advance.
9. Preserving the Environment: Littering is strictly prohibited in the river, along the shore, and at tourist spots. Please maintain the cleanliness of these areas.

To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.

80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
