🗺 Detailed Travel Itinerary: MV THE COASTAL CRUISE

🧭 Day 1 

In the morning, our guide will take you to the launch terminal, from where your cruise journey will begin.
You'll board the vessel and head towards Mongla from Khulna. Along the way, our patrol boat will collect necessary permissions from the Navy and Forest Department.
After lunch, once all permissions are secured, we will disembark at Harbaria or Harintana to begin exploring.
In the afternoon, we’ll get back on the vessel and cruise towards Katka.
You’ll arrive at Katka between 8 to 9 PM.
Overnight stay and dinner will be arranged on the vessel at Katka.

🧭 Day 2

Wake up early and visit Jamtola Sea Beach and the Katka Watch Tower, enjoying the serene natural beauty.
From there, we’ll visit Tiger Point, the deer grazing grounds, and wildlife sanctuaries.
After lunch, the cruise will continue towards Kochikhali.
Explore the Kochikhali Sea Beach, vast grassy fields, and the Tiger Trail.
In the evening, enjoy the mysterious and thrilling “Tiger Roar Sound” while roaming through the forest.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kochikhali.

🧭 Day 3

Enjoy a boat ride through Karamjal, where you’ll visit Bangladesh’s only crocodile breeding center and take photos.
On the way, you may spot monkeys, deer, giant catfish (raghab boal), and many other wildlife species.
After lunch, we will begin our return journey and reach Khulna, marking the end of the tour.

Polao, beef rezala, garlic prawns, mixed vegetables, egg korma, salad, firni, soft drinks.

Singara.

• Additional charges will be applied as permit fees for foreigners and non-Bangladeshi travelers as per government regulation.
• A national ID card must be provided on booking. All mentioned durations and activities are subject to change depending on tide, weather, and safety conditions.
• The tour operator will be responsible for the operation of the tours and excursions as mentioned under the normal situation. So, for personal accidents, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of an air flight, any political problem resulting in an unusual situation to conduct a tour, etc, Bookme shall not be directly responsible.
• While the tour operator will be responsible for extending all possible assistance in overcoming those problems, the guest must pay any extra cost incurred due to these problems.
• The times mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change due to weather conditions, tides in the river, the convenience of the travelers, and other unavoidable circumstances.
• Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator, host, or organizer in such circumstances.
• The travelers are requested to contact the tour operator, host, or organizer in case they face any kind of trouble or problem during the tour.
• No alcohol will be available for sale on board.
• No phone signal works inside the deeper forest. But at some point, you will get a phone signal to call the emergency number.
• If you use a Bangladeshi TeleTalk SIM, we’ll get better coverage in a remote area like Kotka.

Guidelines While on the Cruise:

1. Dispose of Waste Properly: Please refrain from dropping any items into the water or within the jungle. Utilize the designated "Bin" on the boat to dispose of waste responsibly.
2. Fire Safety: Smoking and any form of fire are strictly prohibited within the cabins for the safety of all passengers.
3. Conservation of Resources: Please use water and electricity efficiently, considering the limited resources available during the cruise.
4. Timely Meals: To ensure smooth operations, kindly adhere to meal timings.
5. Child Supervision: Keep a watchful eye on your children to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
6. Valuables Protection: Take necessary precautions to safeguard your valuables during the journey.
7. Liability Notice: Understand that Bookme or the tour operator will not be held responsible for accidents, theft, loss, or damages. Travelers are encouraged to take necessary precautions.
8. Booking Changes: If you need to change your booking date or cancel, it's imperative to inform the tour operator in advance.
9. Preserving the Environment: Littering is strictly prohibited in the river, along the shore, and at tourist spots. Please maintain the cleanliness of these areas.
10. Respect for Nature: Avoid making noise, disturbing animals, or damaging plant life, respecting the natural ecosystem.
11. Seat/Cabin Adjustments: In certain situations, the authorities might need to modify seat or cabin assignments for operational reasons.
12. Forest Regulations: Travelers are kindly requested to adhere to the rules and regulations of the forest authorities.

Guidelines While in the Jungle:

1. Stay Together: Always remain in a group while inside the jungle. Avoid solitary exploration for safety reasons.
2. Flora and Fauna: Refrain from causing harm to plants and animals in the forest. Please respect their natural habitat.
3. Communication: If you encounter any issues, communicate exclusively with your assigned tour guide, who is trained to handle various situations.
4. Appropriate Attire: Opt for jungle-friendly attire, avoiding bright colors that might disturb the natural environment.
5. Minimize Scents: Avoid using perfumes while in the jungle, as scents can imitate wildlife and disrupt their behavior.
6. Respecting the Reserve: Recognize that the Sundarbans is a reserved forest without human habitation. In unforeseen circumstances, remain calm and follow the guide's instructions to manage the situation effectively.

To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.  
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.  
Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
